The stainless steel models come fitted with a steel bracelet, evoking the timeless aesthetics of classic tool watches, while the bronze medals are paired with hand-made Italian leather straps, carefully chosen to complement the warmth of the case and develop a unique patina over time.

For those seekinhg a more adaptable option, the Orca strap -- a high performance rubber strap inspired by Quint's boat in Jaws -- is available across the range. Every Nautoscaph ordered with the Orca strap comes presented in a beautifully designed travel pouch, offering both protection and refinement when the watch is sporting this ruggedly elegant strap.

Two-year warranty covers movement failure and manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Contact service@alstawatch.com if you have a problem with your watch within the warranty period. You may also contact us outside the warranty period to arrange for repairs or regular servicing of your mechanical watch.

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are not accepted as production on your watch will have already begun.

The modern Nautoscaph follows the design language of the original, however, it has taken on some different looks, such as coloured dials and even a bronze case. The elegance of the Nautoscaph has remained even though the dimensions have increased. The ruggedness and waterproofness is at the heart of the Nautoscaph and despite its elegant looks, it is made to withstand the knocks and bumps of any good adventure.

The Nautoscaph started life as a skin diver, and is still a skin diver at heart, although it is rated to withstand professional dive depths. This is where the Nautoscaph will continue to sit in the Alsta line. Tough enough for the mountain face or the ocean and elegant enough for the board room or the dinner table.
